Strategy:

Build and maintain a network of themed Facebook groups to increase local engagement, encourage community-led dialogue, and promote town-wide events. Focus on creating safe, value-driven spaces that reflect the town’s identity and foster long-term connection.

Execution:

  • Actively manage and moderate three Facebook groups with 1K–4K+ members each, focused on local events, holiday activities, and sustainability initiatives.

  • Create and enforce community guidelines to maintain a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.

  • Design branded graphics and promotional flyers to support local programs and drive participation (e.g. Free Tennis Lessons).

  • Facilitate member engagement through polls, comment threads, and information-sharing posts.

Ongoing Outcomes:

  • Maintain strong member retention and consistent engagement across groups.

  • Support increased turnout for town events by aligning digital promotion with real-world initiatives.

  • Strengthen the town’s digital presence through proactive content planning and responsive moderation.

Strengthening customer loyalty and brand affinity through weekly content programming, interactive learning, and community-first platform strategy.

Strategy:

Increase customer obsession and brand loyalty by building a high-engagement, value-rich digital hub that delivers education, product updates, and interactive activities weekly.

Execution:

  • Created and managed 3+ weekly community activities (articles, surveys, product news, event prompts).

  • Translated internal insights into user-facing community content (e.g. CEO thought leadership → community discussion).

  • Contributed to strategy discussions on increasing engagement and retention via gamified and educational content.

  • Scheduled content and used placeholders to ensure weekly consistency in programming.

Outcome:

  • Increased return visits and member engagement through consistent, value-driven weekly content.

  • Strengthened Zeta’s positioning as an industry leader by translating internal insights into accessible community content.
