Overview
At Lake Shore Country Club, I strategically developed print and digital communication materials to make members feel more connected, informed, and excited about what was happening across the club. The work focused on improving awareness of programming while making everyday touchpoints feel more personal and engaging.
The Approach
I focused on how communications could feel elevated yet more human, approachable, and reflective of the member experience, not just informative.
Rather than treating materials as announcements, I approached them as moments of connection, making sure each piece felt inviting, clear, and aligned with the energy of the programming it represented, while also still maintaining elevated features.

I created a large range of communication assets including:
Monthly brochures & calendars
Event flyers & promotional assets
Children activity booklets & family themed materials
Take-home keepsakes
Each piece was designed to make programming feel more personal, visible, and exciting, while also keeping information easy to understand and engaging across both print and digital formats.
Impact
I helped increase member awareness, participation, and excitement by making programming feel more engaging, accessible, and personally relevant. People felt more connected, informed, and emotionally engaged with what was happening at the club.
What This Project Shows
Communication shapes experience, not just information. It was never just about designing a pretty flyer or calendar. I was thinking about how people feel when they see what is happening and whether or not it connects and makes them actually want to show up.

Recipe Cards: Extending club experiences beyond events through branded, practical take-home keepsakes.
Event Flyers: Support member engagement and event turnout by designing promotional flyers that were adaptable across platforms and consistent with club identity.
Kids’ Activity Booklets: Use themed content to drive excitement and deepen the club experience for families and seasonal event attendees.
